1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration and Verification

Registration Requirements

Account Security

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.2
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals from fi999 are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions: (a) your account KYC verification must be complete; (b) there must be no active wagering requirements on your account balance; (c) the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold displayed in your account. fi999 targets processing withdrawals within 24 hours of approval, though actual transfer times depend on the processing speed of your payment provider.
3.3
Third-Party Payments Prohibited
All deposits to your fi999 account must originate from a payment account registered exclusively in your own name. fi999 does not accept deposits from payment accounts registered to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned (minus applicable transfer fees), and fi999 reserves the right to close the account and withhold any associated bonus or winnings.
Important: Currency and Conversion
All fi999 account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fi999 does not charge currency conversion fees. If your payment provider converts currencies on their end before transmitting funds to fi999, any resulting difference in received amount is the sole responsibility of your payment provider, and fi999 accepts no liability for such differences.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1
Bonus Eligibility
Promotional bonuses offered by fi999 are subject to the specific terms stated in each individual promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification, have a single fi999 account in good standing, and have not previously claimed the same promotion. fi999 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that a player is exploiting a promotion in bad faith.
4.2
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses credited to a fi999 account are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not count towards wagering requirements. Bets placed with real money balance (as opposed to bonus balance) do not count towards bonus rollover. fi999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings where the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.
4.3
Bonus Abuse
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, colluding with other players to exploit bonuses, using automated software or bots to generate wagering volume, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, is strictly prohibited. fi999 reserves the right to confiscate all bonus balances and associated winnings, and to close the account, where bonus abuse is identified.
5. Game Rules and Fair Play
5.1
Game Outcomes
All casino games available on fi999 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, are streamed from licensed studio environments operated by approved providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Ezugi. fi999 does not manipulate game outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is not adjustable by fi999.
5.2
Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, connection failure, or software error during a game round, fi999 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Where a malfunction results in an incorrectly displayed win that does not reflect the actual game outcome recorded on fi999 servers, fi999 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the displayed balance accordingly. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the fi999 platform.
5.3
Sports Betting Rules

In the event of a dispute regarding a settled bet, the official result as recorded by the relevant governing body (for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, or FIFA for football matches) will be used to determine the correct settlement. fi999 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, and re-settle markets where there is evidence of match manipulation or data feed error.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fi999 Platform. fi999 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to authorities — where any of the following is identified.
6.1
Fraud and Money Laundering
Using the fi999 Platform to conduct, facilitate, or disguise any fraudulent transaction or money-laundering activity is strictly prohibited. fi999 maintains anti-money-laundering controls and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Any account suspected of being used for money-laundering purposes will be suspended immediately, all funds frozen, and the matter referred for investigation.
6.2
Automated Software and Bots
The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the fi999 Platform in a way that is not available to ordinary human users is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: automated betting systems, card-counting software used in conjunction with live casino games, data-scraping tools targeting fi999 odds or game data, and any software designed to give a player an unfair advantage over fi999 or other players.
6.3
Collusion and Match Fixing
Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, or placing bets on sporting events where you have material non-public information about the outcome (including but not limited to match-fixing arrangements), is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. fi999 cooperates fully with sporting bodies and law enforcement agencies investigating match-fixing allegations and will provide account and transaction data upon receipt of a valid legal request.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
7.1
Suspension by fi999
fi999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal purposes; (c) the account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC; (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to fi999, other players, or the integrity of the Platform. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, fi999 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account.
7.2
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request closure of your fi999 account at any time by contacting support using the email address listed on this site. Before your account is closed, any pending wagering requirements must be resolved, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method. fi999 will process voluntary account closure requests within 5 business days of receiving a complete and verified request. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fi999's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their fi999 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. fi999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
10. Changes to These Terms
fi999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, fi999 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, will endeavour to notify registered players by email or in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
If you do not agree to any revised version of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the fi999 Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 7.2 above. Continued use of the Platform after revised Terms have been posted constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms, regardless of whether you have read them.
11. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through fi999's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. fi999's internal complaints procedure requires that a formal complaint be submitted in writing to the support email address listed on this site before any dispute is escalated. fi999 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve them within 30 business days of acknowledgement.
